Andrew Park is the Founder and CEO of Apex Fortis Group LLC, a government contracting firm dedicated to connecting federal opportunities with trusted local businesses. He holds an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance and brings a unique blend of operational expertise, mission-driven leadership, and field experience to every project.

He has been assigned overseas to support numerous U.S. Department of State missions across Nigeria, Pakistan, Oman, Equatorial Guinea, Abidjan, Germany, and Thailand, gaining extensive experience in international logistics, procurement, and mission support operations. His background provides a deep understanding of how to execute complex federal requirements while coordinating with local partners to ensure compliance, timeliness, and quality performance.

As a commissioned U.S. Army Officer, Mr. Park has led and coordinated multinational operations during NATO exercises in Norway and Spain, where adaptability, precision, and teamwork were critical to mission success.
